This is a suggested approach for getting started with your new Reseller White Label Account:
- At the end of this introduction, follow the SPS Site Builder Wizard and create a single property site for your client using sample or actual data.
- Make sure all your client's contact details are set up in their 'Profile'.
- Then, show your client how their property is presented with this great looking Single Property Site.
The website is presented with YOUR details as the 'service provider' - not SPS.
The preview Links you send your clients will all refer to www.LISTINGDOMINATOR.com to help ensure your branding and business is preserved as much as possible. - You, or your client may revise the Listing details at any time.
- Then, use SPS automated tools to help you post to Craigslist or syndicate to Trulia or Zillow - and even connect as the Virtual Tour link at REALTOR.COM (for Realtors).
IF YOU WANT.. you can even provide your clients with a LOGIN to YOUR account They can then refine the way the listing is presented and use the power of SPS for themselves. This is purely optional.
Your clients will login at www.LISTINGDOMINATOR.com.
If you do set up a Login for your clients, then they can also see the leads and inquiries that are generated for the listing
(as can you!).
You can decide to purchase a street address domain name and Sign Rider (if they choose) such as www.1122MainStreet.com
On top of all this you can add your own 'Sponsorships' to each and every site and also Banner Ads too if you wish!
